Kathrine Waters earned her music degree from San Francisco State University.   She has  worked in Indiana and Massachusetts as a school music teacher and a church choir director.  She was a music instructor  and choir director at Indiana University at Kokomo, and has sung with the Indianapolis Opera Chorus.  Waters has also been a frequent performer with Kokomo Civic Theatre, recently playing leading roles in such musicals as "Seven Brides for Seven Brothers,” “A Little Night Music,” and “Guys and Dolls.” She  has been a frequent guest artist with the Kokomo Park Band and the Kokomo Symphony Choir, lately singing excerpts from the musical “The Music Man,” and the soprano solos in Gabriel Faure’s “Requiem.”  Waters was a member and a soloist with the German American Community Choir in Frankfurt while living in Germany.  She currently resides in Northborough, Massachusetts, and has performed with the Southborough Players and the Assabet Valley  Mastersingers, teaches private voice lessons and theater classes at the Performing Arts Center of Metrowest.
